pgjili services are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and physically located in the Philippines. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any pgjili services under any circumstances.
Each player may hold only one pgjili account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.
All pgjili bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.
Before processing any withdrawal, pgjili requires players to complete identity verification (KYC). You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on pgjili and will result in immediate account termination.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pgjili ("pgjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pgjili online casino platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) pgjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pgjili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be suspended, and balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pgjili login credentials. You must notify pgjili support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
pgjili is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its compliance obligations under applicable Philippine regulations. The Know Your Customer ("KYC") process requires you to submit:
KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. pgjili reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place accounts under review pending completion of KYC at any time, including for existing accounts.
All KYC documents are handled in accordance with pgjili's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.
pgjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the pgjili cashier.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the pgjili cashier, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. pgjili reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pgjili may require additional verification if a withdrawal is requested to a different payment method.
All transactions on pgjili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pgjili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
pgjili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus is offered.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
pgjili reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
pgjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted a bonus in good faith.
All games available on pgjili are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
pgjili uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for its virtual games and licensed live dealer solutions for its live casino offerings. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not manipulated by pgjili. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are available upon request.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, pgjili reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the players involved. pgjili's decision in such matters is final.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
pgjili reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required for regulatory, security, or responsible gaming reasons.
You may close your pgjili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the pgjili Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

pgjili reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where there are indicators of problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to: chasing losses, significantly increased deposit frequency, or requests for self-exclusion followed by attempts to re-register.

All content on the pgjili Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of pgjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any pgjili content without prior written authorization from pgjili.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials, or interruption of service.
pgjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit pgjili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
pgjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pgjili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pgjili Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact pgjili's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pgjili will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
pgjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pgjili will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the pgjili Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.2.
